    Shipping:

We try to keep our shipping rates realistic. We use the United States Postal Service (USPS) to ship our packages. The reason is that USPS usually gets your merchandise to you quickly and more inexpensively than any other method. Our mailing of choice is Priority Mail (3-5 business days depending on your location) at a cost to you of $3.65, which is added to your purchase. U.S.P.S. Express Mail (usually 2 days from Iowa, excluding weekends) may be purchased for an additional fee (please contact us via  e-mail at: artrepreneur@srt.com). International mail will be shipped via U.S.P.S. Global Airmail Parcel Post and arrives in country in 4-7 business days depending on the destination (to clear customs may take longer: See International below); once weighed and assessed this fee (along with insurance) will be added to your order. With a few exceptions, orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days from the receipt of your order. Orders received after 10:00 am (CST) will start processing the next business day, except on weekends. Orders are shipped on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, excluding holidays.

Shipping Insurance is  paid for by us at The Beader's Stash, at no extra charge to you, on all domestic packages and is a must (at your expense) for any returned merchandise (See: Return Policy below).

International fees are paid by the recipient vary considerably according to the weight and value of the package. There is always an insurance charge included in the postage fee. Delivery times may vary depending on your country and it's customs requirements.  We can estimate charges for you if you e-mail us at:  artrepreneur@srt.com . Please remember that with International orders the payment of customs, or duty fees is your responsibility.

Return Policy:

  • Please inspect and check the item(s) that you ordered once you receive them. If an item was damaged upon arrival to you, please notify us immediately, as we must notify our shipper.

  • If you wish to return a damaged item(s),  please call or e-mail us first within 2 weeks of the receipt of your package to get prior authorization. If an item was damaged in shipment we will pay your shipping and insurance to mail the item(s) back.

  • The item must then be received by us within 30 days of purchase, with a copy of our invoice.

  • Returns must be sent back via a carrier with a reliable tracking system to assure delivery and insurance is required.

  • The Beader's Stash is not responsible for any return order that we do not receive.

  • If you are not satisfied with an order due to your own personal reasons (i.e. color, size, etc.) and you wish to return it,  please notify us immediately to get prior authorization. We do not pay shipping or insurance (return or otherwise) concerning reasons of your own dissatisfaction. We will however, upon receipt of the merchandise in satisfactory condition, issue you a full refund (to exclude shipping and restocking fee: see below)

  • After you notify us and receive approval please return the item in it's original condition with a copy of our invoice within 30 DAYS of purchase.

  • Returns for your own personal reasons must be sent back, at your expense, via a carrier with a reliable tracking system to assure delivery and insurance is required.

  • Sorry, we cannot accept any returns, or exchanges after 30 days, or without our invoice.

  • Merchandise returned due to your own personal reasons is subject to a 20% restocking fee.


Unclaimed Goods:

Items that are returned to us by a shipper as "unclaimed" will be held for thirty (30) days. During that period we will attempt to contact you, and/or will resend the item(s) for an additional shipping charge. If you fail to respond to our contact(s) within the 30 day period, the item(s) will be returned to our inventory to be resold without a refund.

A Fee will be Applied to all Orders Where:

  • The incorrect address has been provided by the customer.

  • An invalid address has been provided by the customer, resulting in a surcharge from USPS. Such error(s) may include, but are not limited to:  invalid or incomplete address information, an incorrect zip code, incorrect state or country information, typographical errors, or transposed digits.

  • A move or sudden change of address resulting in the refusal or non-delivery of a package.

  • The fee will consist of a $5.00 handling charge plus any applicable costs related to re-routing, forwarding, or redelivering.

  •  There are no charges for an address change that was made before an order is shipped. Please note that no order may be canceled or modified once it has been shipped without incurring fees. However, if your order has not yet been shipped and you need to cancel or modify it please contact us at: artrepreneur@srt.com .

I know some of the above guidelines may sound harsh, but these rules merely constitute fair business practices and help to manage The Beader's Stash as an asset rather than a liability. Please feel free to contact us at: artrepreneur@srt.com if you have any further questions.
